Multi-Layer Collision Avoidance
(ISO 3691-4 Compliant) The AGV is equipped with four 270° LiDAR sensors covering a 9-meter detection radius. Safety fields adapt dynamically based on the vehicle's speed and direction of travel, triggering a speed-reduction zone first, followed by a full emergency stop.
Hybrid Navigation: Code Tape + QR Code Vision System
Two onboard cameras work in tandem — one continuously reads the coded tape installed on the production floor for real-time positioning, while the other detects QR codes embedded in conveyor frames to trigger automatic outrigger extension at precise docking points.
Patented Omnidirectional Drive System
Inogec's proprietary 4-skate mechanism enables precise movement in any direction with millimeter-level accuracy.
